A communications firm built from conviction, not convention.
I started Plug In Communication out of one persistent irritation: brilliant organisations kept losing the narrative war — not because their story wasn't worth telling, but because no one was telling it completely.
I'd seen it enough times. A PR agency that couldn't think digitally. A social media team that had never written a press release. A video production house with no idea what the brand stood for. The work fragmented. The voice diluted. The opportunity lost.
So I built the thing I kept wishing existed — a single, integrated firm where strategy, media, content and execution live in the same room. Where the same strategic thinking that shapes your press coverage also drives your digital calendar, your event positioning and your website narrative.
Over the years, that conviction has taken us from Bollywood press conferences to IIT campus initiatives, from national award galas to Times of India front pages, from MMTC and government bodies to some of India's most recognised individual names in entertainment, medicine and sport. Every brief, every campaign, every placement — built on one principle: your story deserves to be told without compromise.
